Provider Services Specialist

This position is primarily responsible for recruiting and connecting potential and current early childhood care and education workforce members with appropriate professional development opportunities, Early Childhood Education (ECE) programs at 2- and 4-year institutions to obtain additional degrees, licenses, and credentials and to connect them with the best ECE pathway. The Provider Services Specialist is a full-time, non-exempt position that may require some weekend and evening hours. Applicants must hold a valid Driver's License and appropriate vehicle insurance, and be able to travel as assigned throughout the State.

Education and Experience Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, and have two (2) years of experience in early childhood care and education, counseling/social work, or family support.

Data and Refferal Specialist

This position is primarily responsible for implementing the Data Tracking Program and data practices including, but not limited to; entry, tracking, and reporting as well as the first point of contact for all customer interactions regarding the Child Care Referral database (i.e. parent referrals, provider updates, and follow-ups).

Education and Experience Requirements: Associates Degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in an ECE field; OR Associates Degree on one of the following related fields (ECE, Childhood Development, Child Psychology/Behavioral Sciences, Family Consumer Sciences, Social Work, Elementary Education, Child Welfare, Family Services). One (1) year experience in tools used for data analysis (e.g. Excel) and implementing new software.

Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator

This position is primarily responsible for coordinating training delivery to child care providers in our service delivery area. Coordinates the development, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of an integrated set of professional development training initiatives, as well as professional consultant initiatives, offered by CCCC. Position requires flexibly hours with some night and weekend hours required.

Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, and 2-4 years experience in the early childhood field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior work experience with data entry, parent counseling, social services, sales, or communication is preferred.
